My appointment at Thermae went well. As always I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. All the ladies on staff are very friendly. My appointment with Tracy was great. She is such a kind and caring lady. Tracy always takes extra time to address my questions and concerns. She boosts my confidence and always makes me feel like she really does care. I always leave Thermae feeling better about myself than I did when I arrived. If I was younger I would ask Tracy to adopt me.
I'am so happy that I had the opportunity to come to Thermae, my experience for first time treatment with Tracy was so informative. She gave me beautiful lips. Loved the staff, such a friendly and warm atmosphere when your nervous for your first time they understand and welcome you as you are.
I went to see Tracy. I worked with her at her previous place of employment and we have been connected for about 5 years or so. I have had a number of different treatments and I have to say have not been disappointed once. I am over 60 years old and she is perfect for someone like me and I am very happy with the results over the years. You don't want to just work with someone who is technically good at their job (as Tracey is) but also with someone who is ethical (as Tracy is). I went to see her last week and she did not do the work we had planned because I had other issues with my skin I needed to work out first. The sign of a true professional. In conclusion, I just think she cares about me and that makes all the difference.Paulette Hampton
This is a place I come to time and time again. The staff are friendly and helpful...even when you show up on a day you aren't supposed to be there. I have followed Lauren for the last five years, she is cheerful, knowledgeable and most of all makes you feel comfortable.... cause lets face it ladies we have some horrible things done to us. From ripping our hair out with sticky substances to little red laser lights burning into us. I've never walked away from Thermae unsatisfied. I would recommend it to everyone.
Lauren is beyond amazing. Using the hard wax for a Brazilian is a superior experience. Lauren makes it quick, relatively painless and just like having a chat with a friend for the few minutes it takes (even though you're in an awkward situation - she makes it comfortable. This is the only place I will go and the only person I will see for this. Professional, friendly, skilled.
